Well Im back on here again after purchasing a vehicle from this dealership in October 2011. After some issues were straightened out after we purchased the car we thought all of our problems with the deal from this dealership in October 2011. The car we purchased came with a certified pre-owned warranty that included free oil changes up to 100,000 miles and the salesman told us that it included wiper blades also. EVERYTIME my wife takes her car there for an oil change it is a huge mess! They dont recognize her in the system and try to get her to pay full price for the service. Its the same response everytime. "We will fix it this time so it shouldnt be a problem again" but they dont fix it and give her the same hassel everytime she goes up there.They make her feel like she is trying to get something for nothing when it is something that they promised us when we bought the car?! We also got an invoice in the mail for $28 for wiper blades that were suppose to be included(per salesman). I recently just purchased a new vehicle and drove all the way to Knoxville to keep from doing buisness with this dealership and I can promise after the warranty is up we will never step foot on their lot again! More
My initial experience was not ideal, but the customer service manager (Tom Trout) claimed responsibility and resolved the situation to my satisfaction. Choose the least invasive/fastest/cheapest fix and come back again if that doesn't solve your problem. More
