First of all, I apologize that I am just now responding but I can promise you I have been giving Tom Trout a lot of grief over his new nickname. Seriously, we do apologize that you feel this way BUT I am happy to be able to reach out to you that just today Toyota announced that they have extended the coverage on the issue that you are having so please contact Tom at 423-339-1138. I hope you can understand that Tom could not do anything within the guidelines that Toyota had set the last time you were here but you are the first one he thought of when this extension came out.
