I had a good experience buying a used Toyota Sienna mini-van. I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Recently, I had visited another dealership with a Costco deal. Their price was good on the car but they low-balled me on the price of the trade-in. You can't believe how quick the process was. I really appreciated that they respected my time. It was refreshing not to be jerked around buying a car.
