Kathy in the finance department was the best; she found us the best rate and was very good at showing us options that will make our overall ownership of the vehicle as pleasurable and easy as possible. I have bought numerous new vehicles in my lifetime from dealers in two different states, and I have never had this pleasurable of an experience anywhere else. They all made this so stress free and easy, no pressure, and was willing to listen to all our concerns and needs. I went to Toyota of Cleveland because Roger Thompson was there. I bought a vehicle about nine years ago from him at a dealer Roger worked for who is now closed. I knew he was at Toyota of Cleveland, and I also knew him to be a very honest, kind man. I had looked at a few used lots, and had looked at both new and used vehicles on this site. When I arrived I asked for Roger. He explained all my options on both used and new cars. He even told me things I didn't think of after all my research, lol. Roger was as kind as ever, and I always felt like I could at any time say I will think about this and get back to you. I am not one to make quick decisions. Roger found me a brand new, adorable Toyota Corolla at a great price. He explained all the Toyota warranties, extra maintenance, and free car wash. How could I not take it home that day!? Roger and Karen stayed over with me to complete the process. They were both very patient, and extremely nice. This was, again, such a pleasant experience. I have never once regretted my decision.
