Perfect car buying experience I drove an hour and a half to Toyota of Cleveland to test drive a pre-owned Lexus. Lee greeted me when I walked in. I told him what I was looking for, I test drove it and as I was driving he explained in detail about the features of the car. He was knowledgable about the car and answered all of my questions. After many pushy, sleazy car salesman experiences in Alcoa, TN; I was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with Lee and negotiate the price at Toyota of Cleveland. He even programmed my cell phone into the car's bluetooth system. Overall, I had an enjoyable car buying experience. The car salesmen here actually give wonderful, thoughtful customer service with no pushy sales tactics. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

The service work is great..no problems and never a reason to doubt their integrity. But...they really need to polish some of their customer service details. Ex: about a year ago I went up from Chattanooga for my routine service. Got all the way up there and realized I had left my wallet at home. No problem, I actually had my checkbook. Well yes, it was a problem. No one would take my check without ID...which was in my wallet. This after five years of service visits and buying a car through them. Gee. They also need more loaner cars. Went up yesterday to have some unexpected work done, which ended up almost (long story) requiring an overnight stay. But...no loaner cars left. Who wants to call a friend to drive all the way up to Cleveland to pick you up, only to have to do it all over again the next day?? Again, this is a very good dealership but needs to work on some kinks to make it the great dealership it could be. I also get the feeling the cooperation between service/sales/admin is now what it could be. And they definitely need to give their front line employees more flexibility to make decisions regarding customer service. More

The best car purchase experience I have had I had a very pleasant experience at Toyota and Scion of Cleveland. Roger Thompson was the sales consultant. My husband really liked him. Toyota and Scion of Cleveland has a good reputation. That is why we chose to go and visit. We pretty much knew which model we wanted and how much we planned to spend. Roger met us at parking lot. He showed us the cars. We picked three we liked for test drive. Roger explained in detail about the functionality of Prius. We liked the first car we test-drove. Just as we were getting ready for a long and painful negotiation, Roger gave us invoice price up front. We pretty much skipped negotiation and went into closing. We were able to move from arriving to closing in just a couple of hours. Roger was very up front. I would recommend Roger to my friends. More
