We only had a limited budget and needed something reliable because we have a special needs child. They were the first place we looked and the car we saw just had too many issues so we passed. Well a month later, on the last day of our search, I decided to go back. We ended up looking at the exact same car and they fixed all the issues with it. And even with the fixes and everything they put into it, they still honored the original deal and got us the car for what we needed. They were very friendly and worked super hard to make sure they got us the best car and best deal in Cleveland. I will not go anywhere else to buy a car ever again.
