He was helpful and kind and within just 2 hours, Jimmy and Tyler from the financial office sent me out the door in a fully loaded machine that I love. All of the staff was helpful and pleasant but Jimmy and Tyler were top notch. Cleveland is not close to my home, but these two would give me reason to return for my next purchase. More

Cleveland what I saw on line was what was in your car windows. No bait and switch when we went during business hours it was hot as a firecracker outside. I stayed in the car and my husband look over the inventory. Thats when he meet Juan. They talked. He kept inviting me inside the show room where I could be more comfortable and offered refreshments. He help my husband zero in on which car he wanted. Later introduced us to Shaq daniels. Discuss some more details. It was about a week before everything was finalized. When picking up our car a young man name Phil, took a picture of a before and after scratch on the car that my Hawkeye husband had not seen and let us know it had been corrected. Went to look, drove home in a new Tacoma We had stopped by on Saturday afternoon just to see what was on the lot. Paul Caesar contacted us and from the very beginning was very friendly and pr We had stopped by on Saturday afternoon just to see what was on the lot. Paul Caesar contacted us and from the very beginning was very friendly and professional. He offered to let us look around on our own time (appreciated that!) and said he would just catch us in a bit to talk or answer any questions. We saw a truck we were interested in and he immediately informed us about it and offered to get some paperwork started, to see if it was doable. We were worried that we were keeping them too late, by this time, but he was very adamant that the time didnt matter (appreciated that, as saturday was the only day we could look etc). The whole process went very smooth. I feel like a "friend" when talking to all three of the guys we dealt with--Paul Caesar, Mike Covington, and Justin Chretien...and have felt that way with the follow-up visits we did.
