I will recommend Toyota of Cleveland. Austin was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Stockton was polite and friendly and did an extremely good job of assessing my trade-in. Julie Austin was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. Stockton was polite and friendly and did an extremely good job of assessing my trade-in. Julien made the process easy and did not push when I told him I wasn't interested in extended warranties. He convinced me to buy an extra service plan to save me money. More
