We hadn't told them we would buy it, but that we were interested. We did buy the 4 Runner and brought it home that night. We didn't leave until about 9:30pm. I was greeted promptly, and the entire process was very smooth and professional. I had called ahead and spoken to Madison Guy who assured me that I would find what I was looking for. The building and grounds were very nice, but it's the people that really make a company stand out.
