Kenny Jones was our salesman. We’ve dealt with a lot of different ones at other dealerships both good and bad and he was definitely one of the good ones. He was very knowledgeable with the technical questions, but spoke in layman terms to make it understandable to my wife. He was cordial and friendly, and worked hard to make us happy. He was upfront and not pretentious so it made us feel like we were dealing with someone honest. Crystal Thompson did our financing and she was very kind and patient and worked hard as well. I felt a little bad because I had a work meeting so we were rushing, but she did the paperwork as fast as she could and was still polite and had a smile the whole time. I’ve also never had a manager ant a dealership introduce himself to us, which Tyler Rutledge did. He came over a few times to check on us and see if everything was being taken care of to our liking. Lastly, Weston Whitaker took care of getting our car ready to drive off the lot. Because we were in a rush it put a lot of pressure on him, but we are thankful he got us our car as quickly as possible and thank him for going the extra mile to make us happy. Our overall experience with Toyota of Cleveland? One of the best and we give it a 5 out of 5 stars! More

Matthew Frady was great! From the time he contacted me that my desired vehicle was in and the time I brought it home was about 24 hours. After he called me he brought it by my house in Chattanooga within an hour to review our previous discussions and I could have a look at the exact vehicle. Then I drove it off the lot the next day. Excellent facilities. Very good service. Staff is usually courteous and knowledgeable. One or two bad apples, though. I find the "miscellaneous charges" to be excessive, a Very good service. Purchased a 2020 Lexus RC350 for my wife at Toyota of Cleveland. I live in Chattanooga, but haven't purchased a car in Chattanooga area or suburbs in over 20 years. Most dealers I've dealt with here seem to think people won't drive a few hours to get a better deal which is not the case with me. I've previously driven 8 hours one way to save $4000 on a vehicle. I actually went to Atlanta Sunday to look at a comparable Lexus. I explained this to my salesman Austin Calfee and his sales manager Mike Covington. These two went above and beyond to make sure I got the deal I wanted and kept my money local. They are a laid back dealership and don't have the "better go buy that somewhere else" attitude. I feel they worked hard to earn my business and just sold me my first local car in 23 years. Nothing but good words to say for the whole team. They have earned a new customer. I will be back. More
I recently purchased a 2023 Subaru Ascent from this dealership, and I could not recommend it more for anyone who is looking to buy a new car. Kenny Jones was so patient with my husband and I as we were looking to find the perfect upgrade before our long roundtrip back. We sat in 4-5 different vehicles and test drove 3 of them and his guidance and feedback were bar none. He also helped us work through any other issues with us not residing in Tennessee. Justice Goodner helped with the financing part of our deal, and he also was very informative and set up everything we needed to do once we got back home. I seriously cannot not talk about the great experience enough! More
Our salesman, Logan Maddox, was great! He made the shopping experience a pleasure. He has followed up in regard to getting the second set of keys for the vehicle that we purchased. The driver side interior light did not work. We noticed this while driving home from the dealer. This was missed in the inspection process of the vehicle prior to it being sold. Mr Maddox contacted us concerning the replacement of the light bulb. He is planning on mailing us a new light bulb to install. Mr Maddox is a fine young man. Mr Rutledge was easy to talk to in regard to the purchasing of the vehicle. However, I do think he could have gave us an additional $500 off of the price that we paid for the vehicle. But, in fairness he did give us a good discount. Mr. Allinder discussed with us the financial and warranty package that was available for the vehicle. He did not pressure us into purchasing a warranty, but he did use many selling points in regards to possibly purchasing a warranty package. I cannot forget to mention Cameron who works in the online sales department. I contacted the dealership and she spoke to me in regards to purchasing a used Toyota Tundra truck. The vehicle that we purchased was not even listed on the website. She informed me about the 2019 Toyota Tundra that we purchased. She went outside and took pictures of the vehicle and sent them to me. Cameron answered several questions that I had about the vehicle. She was very instrumental in our family purchasing the 2019 Toyota Tundra. Overall, the staff was very professional and courteous to our family. More
