I called in for assistance when couldn't figure out how to get my dashboard lights on. Daniel Erickson immediately looked up my vehicle and found the information. In addition, he told me there was a recall on my vehicle before I even heard about it from Toyota. He explained the issue and helped me decide how quick I needed to get in to have the work done. I was able to get in the next week, have the recall taken care of and a multi point inspection to make sure that the car was set for the winter. Daniel was professional & helpful and took extra time to answer some questions I had about my new car that I haven;t driven much during the pandemic. Great job! More

As always Jon Peters was courteous and helpful and recognizes you on sight. He attends to you quickly, gets back to you in the timeframe he tells you, gets the service completed in the time he tells recognizes you on sight. He attends to you quickly, gets back to you in the timeframe he tells you, gets the service completed in the time he tells you and is always humorous and interested in making you fully satisfied. He won’t push repairs or replacements unless he feels they are warranted and understands the dollar cost for the services. As a female who has often been given the run around, I find Jon so refreshing. He is truly the first auto repair rep I trust. I have taken an issue to him in a number of occasions thinking I would need a costly repair inky to have Jon “fix” it…no charge! He is a great service rep and an invaluable employee of Brookfield Toyota! I will continue to patron T of B as long as Jon Peters is there! More
