Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.

Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. This is a new building, long time dealership formerly Jack Safro Toyota. The service is always fast, oil changes usually an hour. They always check over my vehicle and advise me of services and/or parts needed. Most I can do myself but have had service done here many times for items too difficult or technical for me to handle. ZACH REED, my service advisor showed me a list of previous inspections and advised me that they could do needed work. This time, I had most of them changed already. Always treated with respect, like I am the most important customer. I could easily do my own oil changes as well but they keep a record of all work done I feel that may increase the value of my vehicle when a new buyer sees its been well cared for. Zach was busy that morning but still found time yo work for me a n d talk with me. Almost like we were friends but I think it was my first time with Zach. I don't determin which advisor I get but I'd choose him everytime. More
