He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. That means, after you've had a great experience with us, and you're ready for your next car, you can come back to see the same great salesperson or technician you worked with the last time. Recently moved to Wisconsin and this dealership is the closest to where I live. Thankful for that as they have been great thus far. I put a lot of miles on my car for work, so I’ve already needed 2 or 3 s closest to where I live. Thankful for that as they have been great thus far. I put a lot of miles on my car for work, so I’ve already needed 2 or 3 service appts but no complaints any of the time. Would like to especially shout out Zach S. from my last appt. I was going in thinking I just needed an oil change and tire rotation but he texted me while my car was on the lift mentioning my brakes were on the verge of replacement. He was honest by letting me know that I was alright for now but may not make it to my next service appt. Also gave me his advice on what he’d do especially in regards to the type of car I have. At the same time, he wasn’t pushy about it. So if I wanted to pass on the extra work this time, he probably wouldn’t have made this big stink. I’ll be honest, that’s prob why I agreed to have it all done at this appt. Felt like it was my choice and wasn’t just being told/sold things I didn’t actually need at this time. Much appreciated Zach S…I’ll see you in 5k miles. More
