Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I was pretty happy with my experience buying a car I enjoyed checking out the car with my salesperson Ben Lakis. The staff I interacted with were absolutely fantastic - Peter Van Dercreek was a great salesman - I've interacted with too many stereotypical car salesmen who push people into deals they don't want and Peter was the exact opposite - listened to what I wanted and offered advice along the way. Chris Sberna was incredibly skilled on the financial side and I had a fantastic conversation with him. He offered advice both for my current deal and future car purchases. He made signing all the forms simple and straightforward. The entire staff was patient with me and explained each step along the way. I'll definitely be coming back! P.S. I'm not a point fairy either - this is a legit 5 stars. More

My Awesome 2018 Toyota Tundra TRD Off Road Truck I cannot speak more highly of Toyota of Brookfield. All things happen for a reason and though I live a long way from Wisconsin I found my drive from I cannot speak more highly of Toyota of Brookfield. All things happen for a reason and though I live a long way from Wisconsin I found my drive from my home in Jackson Hole, Wyoming worth every mile. I was connected with my Toyota of Brookfield dealer through auto-trader. The whole experience was serandipitous as my dealer (George Argires) has some great connections with my home state of Wyoming. Who knew? I stayed with my friend near Madison and we drove out from Madison to Milwaukee in my little silver single cab Toyota Pickup truck (the truck I traded in) out to Toyota of Brookfield. George Argires was fantastic to work with and he got virtually every add-on I asked for with my purchase. I'm very grateful for my new Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road Pickup Truck. I'm grateful for Toyota of Brookfield. Also I thank Chris Sberna for his work in my purchase as well. I loved my trip and experiences in Wisconsin and it will not be my last trip out there. Love my 4Runner! I knew what I wanted for a vehicle and we were able to test drive a 2019 4Runner after Freddy greeted us at the door.
