We bought a headlight at O'Reilly 's & were told they could not put it in. We called around several places & realized we'd have to have a dealership to the work. We called Brookfield Toyota & Tony R got up in that afternoon. Tony was very patient & understanding. He explained that the bulb we bought at O'Reilly 's would not fit & was very careful handling the bulb to make sure we could return it for our money back. The correct bulb was around the same price, so difference there. We really appreciated his taking the time to explain what work needed to be done for replacing the bulb and that he took care to make sure we could return the other bulb we had with us. More

Toyota of Brookfield continues to be a giant disappointment. When servicing my family’s other Toyota vehicles, I actively go out of my way to other Toyota locations that are less convenient for disappointment. When servicing my family’s other Toyota vehicles, I actively go out of my way to other Toyota locations that are less convenient for me simply because they aren’t xxxxing morons there. And unfortunately, my experience buying a car wasn’t much better. I was at the dealership for 8 xxxxing hours!!!! Lost a whole day over what should’ve been a 2 1/2 hour affair. I asked my sales rep why it was taking so long to meet someone in the finance department. She said that there were three people back there and they were all with other customers. However, when we finally got to talk to the finance guy (who actually was pretty helpful) he revealed that there was one only finance guy there to start the day and he was supposed to help us but never showed up. It wasn’t until him and another guy showed up we were actually able to get somewhere. Whole place sucks!! More

Toyota of Brookfield, Pat Duket, has been very responsive to my needs. Today, we are having trouble with voice recognition.
