Buying a car during the Coronavirus pandemic I had to buy a car during this period. I knew exactly what I wanted and the car was located and brought to the dealership. The salesperson, Brad Flak, who helped me did all of the work he could ahead of time by phone so that I could come in and complete the sale in a minimum of time. He also recommended I bring my own pen. When I arrived, he disinfected a table and chair for me to sit. Employees all maintained their distance. Another amazing experience at Toyota of Brookfield I have been buying Toyota RAV4s from Toyota of Brookfield for years. I love my salesman Pat Duket and Eric who always helps in the purchase of a new RAV4. I was recently in for service on my 2008 RAV4 and I love how well I am taken care of in the service department. They diagnose the problem and give me options on how to best take care of it. They also inform me of other things that may need attention on my vehicle in the near future. All this is done professionally and without pressure to have it done right now. I am given time to consider my options. While waiting for my service to be performed I went to look at the new cars and was greeted by Pat Duket with a "Hi Kathy". The last car I bought from him was in 2013 and I still own and drive that RAV4. We caught up and went to say hi to Eric who has helped me purchase my last 3 RAVs. I feel respected and safe with Eric and Pat. I trust them and refer my friends to them. Upon dropping off my vehicle I was in constant contact with my service representatives John Kocher who gave me straight foward answers to all my questions. When the work was completed the first time a new problem developed and it was so subtle you couldn't notice until you drove the car for at least 30 minutes and then the problem became very noticeable. John was patient with me, listened carefully and followed my instructions to warm up the car for a while. After three attempts at fixing the warranty issue my car was fixed. Outstanding Service all around Upon arriving I was greeted by a friendly man who put on a pair of gloves to grab my keys then continued to put protective wrap on me seats and wheel. I then went to the desk and was greeted by Marylou Valdez. She always had a smile on her face, was very friendly and efficient. I was then directed to the waiting area which was very clean. There were disinfectant wipes readily available due to the COVID-19 and there was a man who would walk through wiping surfaces down and stocking the refreshments and snacks. When my car was finished, my mechanic Thomas Goble came to talk to me and told me in detail the items needed for me car. He was fast, efficient and always does a great job taking care of my car.
