He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I had been looking at C-HR for over a month. I thought about buying used but the pricing at Brookfield Toyota was so great right now it just made more sense to buy new. I always buy used and when it gets down to the dollars I usually tell myself I don't want to spend this. Not only was the price great but they made me comfortable with the payments. Excellent service - came to my home to pick up & return car! What great service from Marylou in the Service Department! I had an appointment scheduled and she called ahead of time to say my part was not yet in What great service from Marylou in the Service Department! I had an appointment scheduled and she called ahead of time to say my part was not yet in the store but would be there in a couple of days. I was in no hurry and instead of making two trips, she suggested waiting until the part came in (a few days) and then come to my home, pick up the car and return it when it was done! THAT is the essence of customer service and I truly appreciate it. I had originally planned on waiting for the car at the dealership, but this allowed me to continue to work and could easily fit that into my schedule! My car was scheduled for pickup within a 2 hour timeframe and two days prior they sent a message with an appointment TIME defined within that original 2 hours and they were here within 5 minutes of the scheduled time - very polite and ready to serve. Kenny has the worst customer service. He treated me like dirt. So many things went bad left after 3 hrs. Will be making a formal complaint. Drove 2hours and they knew we where coming. I came in for a maintenance on my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and left in a 2017 Grand Jeep Cherokee! Would never shop here!!! I found a used highlander set up a test drive. That morning i found a different highlander at a different dealer for 2 grand cheaper, same models and I found a used highlander set up a test drive. That morning i found a different highlander at a different dealer for 2 grand cheaper, same models and year. I called Toyota of Brookfield and told them. They said that they would match it if it was legit. I went in with my wife drove it, went inside and let the salesman work on the numbers. The one we drove they were asking 27,000. the one i found at a different dealer was 25,000. The salesman came back and total price would be 32,000!!. I do understand tax title and license. 3000 grand is extra warranties that i never asked for and they never dropped their price one penny . I was taken back , got up and proceeded to walk out, the salesman did not understand why i was upset. We left. What a waste of my time. More
