My service advisor, Tyler Stanley, was excellent. From his pre-appointment call to verify what I needed done in the appointment, To his accurate time estimate of how long it would take, to his keepin From his pre-appointment call to verify what I needed done in the appointment, To his accurate time estimate of how long it would take, to his keeping me updated during the two hours, and to his professional and thorough explanation of the two recall/warranty repairs. When an unexpected wiring harness corrosion issue was discovered (the reason the AM radio had stopped working), Tyler explained the situation well and assured me that the costly repair was covered by Toyota under its support program for that issue. Tyler has great professionalism and interpersonal skills, and I felt that he valued me as a customer and responded to my Questions and concerns. He took the lead to help me get the follow up appointment scheduled & A Toyota provided rental for the 6 to 7 hours that the two recall repairs will take. Again, Tyler‘s professionalism, responsiveness, and empathy made my customer service experience A positive, versus what could easily have been a very negative interaction. My thanks to Tyler and I look forward to seeing him in a week and a half at the next appointment for the repairs. More
