Upon visiting him at the showroom he was very pleasant, knowledgable and gave me his undivided attention. I highly recommend Ron Walsh. I was also pleased with Ms Tweed as she is very knowledable about all of the features on the new vehicles and most willing to instruct us on the operation of such things as the bluetooth phone, radio etc. More

First of all, this dealership was great when I purchased my new van back in February. They gave me fair prices for both my trade-in and new purchase. I purchased some additional warranties through them an my new van back in February. They gave me fair prices for both my trade-in and new purchase. I purchased some additional warranties through them and they went above and beyond to help me today. I have a minor cosmetic issue due to a shopping cart and they took care of the problem. They were not going to let me leave dissatisfied!! My new Sienna Van now looks "good as new" and I would recommend this dealership to everyone!!! Thank you Toyota of Bristol!! More
I went by Toyota of Bristol about a part for my truck that I previously owned. While there, I checked on the recall letter that I had received about rust on the frame. They took me right in and had me se that I previously owned. While there, I checked on the recall letter that I had received about rust on the frame. They took me right in and had me setup with a replacement ride while mine was being taken care of. While there we looked around and found the truck that I had dreamed of. Before I knew it, I had started my process for a new vehicle. All employees were very helpful and patient (I had to wait on my wife to get off work and pick her up) with me. They got me the deal and the payments that we could afford. Now I don't worry about my family getting from one place to another as our son plays ball and we do travel alot. Thanks Toyota of Bristol...We will be back when we need another. More
I was looking for a very particular 4runner (ie no 3rd row, etc...). I visited several Toyota dealerships between Knoxville, Boone, Kingsport, Johnson City and spoke with several others online. Toyota o row, etc...). I visited several Toyota dealerships between Knoxville, Boone, Kingsport, Johnson City and spoke with several others online. Toyota of Bristol was the only dealer willing to go the extra mile and find the exact 4runner I wanted. I tried to order a 4runner twice via Toyota of Kingsport and they "dropped the ball" both times. I'm very pleased with Toyota of Bristol. They matched the great price that Kingsport Toyota quoted and were able to find the exact 4runner I wanted. The only reason I could not give them a 5 in the overall experience section is because Toyota of Bristol has a $400 documentation fee (Toyota of Kingsport doesn't). I could have saved $400 by going thru Toyota of Kingsport but they either couldn't or wouldn't find the exact SUV I was looking for and Toyota of Bristol did. Great job guys (and gal "Mandy") for helping me get my dream car. Ask for Alan E. he is very attentive to your needs. Mark can find whatever you are looking for. Mandy will hook you up with the extras. And Shrek...well...what can you say except he will make sure you are taken care of. More
Please read this if you are in my local area and are thinking about buying a car or know anyone that is. A few of years ago, i bought a 2004 Toyota Matrix from Toyota of Bristol, the reason i decided t thinking about buying a car or know anyone that is. A few of years ago, i bought a 2004 Toyota Matrix from Toyota of Bristol, the reason i decided to buy this car is because Toyota is supposed to be a very well made car and Toyota of Bristol offers a "lifetime warranty". At the time the car had 69k miles on it. Before i left the lot the check engine light came on and the speedometer stopped working, to which they assured me it was a sensor and they would repair it no problem....i started having second doubts but felt assured by the warranty. they repaired it and i did not have any further problems until a little while later...the first time it rained....the windshield leaked...which i called them and they refused to fix because "that was not covered"....fine.....i repaired the leak as best i could until i could afford to replace it. I kept the maintanance up on the car, last year i had to replace the clutch...normal upkeep no problem. $700....then the sensor that had originally went out, went out again....repaired..$300....windshield.....$300 then i started to notice a noise....i took it into the garage to have it looked at....it was the transmission. the car had 94k miles on it...So of course i called Toyota to cash in my warranty....they requested service records of oil changes. etc which i provided records of everything i have ever had done to the car. When the tech at the dealership inspected the car he told me.....the transmission isnt going to go out next week, its not going to go out in the next few months but it does need repair....i gave a copy of my records and they said they would review them and get back to me....a week and half later they finally did....only to tell me they were not going to repair it. the warranty had been given thru the previous dealership owner...i was 2k miles overdue on my fluid change...but i could come in and trade it in a new car and they would give me a great deal to make ammends for all the issues....manager approved. After much consideration i decided a new car was probably the best way to go at that point (since a manual transmission was going out with less than 100k miles on it) and decided to give them a chance to redeem themselves....on my arrival i did find a pretty scion that was possibly in my price range that i would consider. as i sat down to talk about what kind of deal they could offer me ( i made them aware of the situation with my other car and what i had been told by the manager..., i noticed them driving off in my car...which i had been babying...considering its condition... Not only did they not offer me any great deal...it was less of a deal i had been offered anywhere else. the manager also had a very arrogant tone to him and i was apparently the stupid one for not considering it a top offer. On my way home.....within a few miles of my home....POP! BAM! there goes the transmission...one can only question after i was told by their own tech...it wasnt going to go out even within a couple of months....why then? After they drove it? If you are in the market for another car, please do not be comforted by Toyota of Bristols mythical warranty...it does not exist...it is there simply to sell cars. More
