What Others Say

My husband and I to date have purchased 3 Toyotas from Toyota of Bristol, follow up with routine service visits, as well as rent their vehicles for out of town trips. The most recent purchase was our first time purchasing a used vehicle. We were somewhat apprehensive, however, from ‘initial talk’ with Julia Cerillo in sales, albeit a long process, we were cared for with patience and professionalism. In addition, to being receptive to couple of concerns not noticed day of purchase, Mr. Sims Vickers with Julia took the time, after we had our Highlander for a couple of weeks, to listen to our concerns. It is our understanding in an act of good faith, Mr. Vickers with Mr. Bunky Gandy remedied said concerns. We are so very grateful for the caring presented to us. Thank you Toyota of Bristol‼️

Zac Petkins got us the best deal on our van. He was great to work with.

Not only the worst car dealership I've dealt with, but the worst business I've ever dealt with. They broke more things than they fixed on my truck, and their employee hit it while it was there - causing $4,000 in damage. They forced the employee to use his insurance and I can't get them to respond. Now I have no rear camera, no power mirrors and seats, no security system, etc. as they disconnected everything, and wrecked my truck. When I told Cory Ross, the Service Manager about all this, he said (and I quote) - "Tough! Sucks to be you!". 🤯Wow, I was floored. Stay far, far away from this place. Their awful reputation is well deserved.

Just purchased a used Tacoma today. The salesman: Zac Perkins was professional, practical and knowledgeable about the entire process. I got the deal that I wanted and the truck i wanted. I couldn't be happier.

This is the absolute worst place to ever purchase anything let alone a car suv or a truck, I bought a 2015 rogue An it’s awful I’m a cancer patient they new this going in I was wanting to better my credit score boy did the ruin me I’d never suggest anyone go there

For the service department. I wouldn't come back if they paid me to. Brought truck in to have my O2 sensor diagnosed and fixed, and new sway bar links. Told the guy I have a leveling kit on my truck that they can't be stock. Low and behold just after a year I'm having to replace those again and now have $700 extra expenses on 2 tires that have worn irregular to the norm because of this mistake. As well as the O2 sensor not being diagnosed, just replaced. Told me a bunch of other stuff I needed done to try and get more money out of me but didn't really fix a single thing on my truck 0/10 will tell everyone I know this is not the place to have your vehicle worked on.
