My experience was a very positive one. Alan, the saleman who worked with us, was willing to help us find a vehicle that would best fit our needs. His patience and friendliness motivated us to work with him who worked with us, was willing to help us find a vehicle that would best fit our needs. Went in for an oil change. They were very fast and friendly. Got me out of there in around 30 minutes. I was told I needed brakes when I got my vehicle inspected. Toyota checked them and told me that friendly. Got me out of there in around 30 minutes. I was told I needed brakes when I got my vehicle inspected. Toyota checked them and told me that I still had time left before I needed them. They could have just sold them to me but they are honest when others apparently aren't. More

I gave this high rating to Toyota of Bristol because everyone that we came into contact with at this dealership was great. We told them what car we wanted, that we didn't have much time, and what prices everyone that we came into contact with at this dealership was great. We told them what car we wanted, that we didn't have much time, and what prices we thought were fair. They had the car we wanted, we agreed on a price, Steve Liner started the paperwork quickly, then Andy Lipto finished all the details. We wrote a check then went to visit with Mandy Tweed who showed us all about our new car. We were told countless times to call if we had any questions. Everyone at this dealership made buying our new car a pleasure. Nice people, great customer service! More

When my boyfriend and I arrived at Toyota of Bristol,we were asked right off the bat if we needed help,I believe his name was Ron. Ronald Walsh helped us a great deal,I test drove the Corolla and Ronald an were asked right off the bat if we needed help,I believe his name was Ron. I initially contacted Ron Walsh via the Internet. He was very responsive to all my inquiries including faxing material about available vehicles to me. Upon visiting him at the showroom he was very pleasant, very responsive to all my inquiries including faxing material about available vehicles to me. Upon visiting him at the showroom he was very pleasant, knowledgable and gave me his undivided attention. I highly recommend Ron Walsh. I was also pleased with Ms Tweed as she is very knowledable about all of the features on the new vehicles and most willing to instruct us on the operation of such things as the bluetooth phone, radio etc. More
