I was replacing a totaled vehicle. Being able to work with your staff on-line before hand was very helpful. I dealt with several staffmember, but Mr. Pichard is the only one who's name I can remember as with your staff on-line before hand was very helpful. I dealt with several staffmember, but Mr. Pichard is the only one who's name I can remember as I am friends with his family. The process has been incredibly frustrating dealing with my insurance company, and the bank I had the totaled car's loan with. However, dealing with you all has been the bright spot in this process. I have purchased many different vehicles during my lifetime and have dealt with deales invarious locations across the country. Until my time at Toyota of Bristol, I had never actually had what I woul lifetime and have dealt with deales invarious locations across the country. Until my time at Toyota of Bristol, I had never actually had what I would call a pleasurable experience. Everyone there was courteous and helpful and I did not leave feeling I had been taken. I bought my first new Toyota from Bristol in 1986 and 2 used ones since. I just bought a new one last week. I highly recommend them and especially Steve Liner. I like the computer listing that has the low price listed with discounts. That steered me back to Bristol.
