We were looking for a new car and heard an ad about Toyota of Bristol. I had done some research of car dealerships on line as I truly hate to buy a car and go through the whole process. I am not a game player and want the bottom line up front. Our experience at Toyota of Bristol was wonderful and pain free!!! The staff was excellent and our sales person, Kevin Stafford, was a great help. The day we were there, it was freezing cold outside, but he never rushed us or made us feel we were a bother. We had a slight problem with our car battery before we left the dealership, but it was taken care of immediately. Not only that, but the next morning Kevin called our home to make sure the car was running well. I felt this was impressive as we had already purchased the car and, basically, the deal was done. I was very touched that Kevin would all to check on us. I would definitely recommend Toyota of Bristol to anyone! More

I had a 9:00 appointment for servicing my 2004 Toyota Corolla. I checked the car in with Richard, and he said that the servicing would probably take an hour an a half. When I told him that I had to be Corolla. I checked the car in with Richard, and he said that the servicing would probably take an hour an a half. When I told him that I had to be back at work (20 miles away) in a little less that 2 hours, he said he'd do what he could to speed up the servicing...I was done at 9:45. Richard was very easy to work with, and was fun to talk with...New England is expecting a huge storm today, and it turned out that both of us grew up in Massachusetts...it was fun comparing notes. I was lucky that there was no one waiting for his attention, because I very much enjoyed meeting him...and I thank him for expediting my servicing to allow me to get back to my office in plenty of time for my next client. I used the internet service reservation to make my service appointment. I drove into the service area and met with Richard Neis. Who was promped in meeting me at my vehicle.
