The reason why I gave a 5 was for our over all experience with Toyota of Bristol. Our sales person Bill Tolbert and Curtis Kemmerling treated us like we were family. We told them that we were looking for a s with Toyota of Bristol. Our sales person Bill Tolbert and Curtis Kemmerling treated us like we were family. We told them that we were looking for a small car to save money on a car payment and also get better gas mileage. They didnt try to sale us more or less than what we wanted. They listened to our needs and found the car we wanted. Mandy showed us some accessories that we could add to the vehicles, but since we were trying to keep our financing down we didnt take any additional accessories, but it was nice to know that we could add these at your dealership. Randy worked with us on the financing, but since I worked at ECU and I could get a better rate we chose to go with ECU. Once we finished it up it was nice that our car was waiting for us and Jimmy showed me all the features and even hooked up my bluetooth. Most dealerships you had to leave the lot and read the book for months to figure out all the special buttons, but I felt right at home with my Corolla and it is serving all my vehicle needs. I will recommend my family and friends to Toyota of Bristol. The $50 food card and the flower card were a nice touch and we have enjoyed using both. Totally 5 Star Experience, keep up the good work :-) More
I was such a hard customer to deal with! I was so indecisive and the team up there went above and beyond what I expected! My husband and I were looking for a used family vehicle because we needed more room for our children( we have two boys and I am currently 9 months pregnant). Steve Liner was our salesman and he was more than helpful. He made suggestions based on what we told him we wanted and NEVER came across as pushy. He catered to our needs as a family and was extremely friendly, helpful and considerate! We finally decided on a 2005 Saturn Relay. He walked us through every step and updated the progress for our loan applications while they were happening! He constantly came back to check on us to make sure that we were doing well. Andrew Lipto helped us get an incredible deal on our car payments and was very friendly and considerate! Before we left the dealership, we had an error message appear on our dashboard! We talked to Steve Ivey, Steve Liner and Matthias Maines regarding the problem! They graciously offered to pay for diagnostics at a GMC dealership to make sure that nothing major was wrong with our vehicle and that it was safe! All made sure to let us know that we were more than welcome to call if anything else should come up! We took the vehicle home, only to have the battery die and the vehicle refuse to start the next day! I called Steve Liner to let him know and he apologized for the problems we were having and told us to make sure that we got the diagnostics and let them know what we found out! We took the van to the GMC dealership where they ran the diagnostics and determined that the battery was bad and would have to be replaced. We paid for the diagnostics and the new battery. We then talked to Steve Liner again and he said that he would talk with his manager, Steve Ivey and Matthias Maines to see what they could do to help us! They reimbursed us for the price of the diagnostics and the battery even though they were not required to do so because we had bought the vehicle "As Is"! They were more than willing to help us out and make sure that we were absolutely satisfied! We feel that Toyota of Bristol is an incredibly honorable dealership who genuinely looks out for their customers satisfaction and safety! We were so pleased with their help and consideration in the purchase of our vehicle. We are satisfied with our purchase and thank them for their sincerity and concern! I would highly recommend Steve Liner in sales if you are looking for a vehicle. He genuinely listens to what you have to say! He goes beyond the call of duty to be helpful and tries to get you the best deal possible! A very very very BIG THANK YOU to Steve Liner, Steve Ivey, Andrew Lipto and Matthias Maines for all your concern and help and because you helped put our minds at ease! You all are amazing!
