We have been looking for a truck for close to a year now, with no luck. Recently visited many dealerships and were told they could get what we wanted at the price we needed but everytime we left without a ve with no luck. Recently visited many dealerships and were told they could get what we wanted at the price we needed but everytime we left without a vehicle and feeling less than satisfied with the service we were given. We later got MANY letters in the mail where these places had run our credit 15+ times trying to get us in a vehicle, which was NOT what we had asked for. Yesterday we stopped by Toyota of Bristol to test drive a truck we had seen online and from the start, the vibe felt different. All of our questions were answered upfront and the finance guy got us in the vehicle and sent the offer to ONE bank! This whole process felt like a dream because it was made so simple and easy and EVERYTHING was explained in fine detail. They really have the most amazing staff I have ever had to deal with and they took the stress out of buying a vehicle 100%. We searched dealerships for about 7 mos, based on friendliness, knowledge & Facts about the 2 vehicles we were comparing for purchase of one vehicle, We made several stops at different Toyota dealers friendliness, knowledge & Facts about the 2 vehicles we were comparing for purchase of one vehicle, We made several stops at different Toyota dealers in the area, After going to different dealers we still came back to Toyota Of Bristol because of the high level of courtesy shown to us every time we came in with questions over the 7 mos, They respected us as Potental buyers and always took time to address our concerns about the vehicles, Never brushed us off , Never did we feel pressured in to buying on the days we stopped in. From the moment we came in to make our purchase we were greeted with kind words, Friendly faces, offered beverages & popcorn .From the beginning of our purchase, test drive, negotiation's on our trade-in to get the best possible deal for us, to adding on extra features we were treated with respect. I was remiss in reviewing the saleman who assisted my husband and me in the purchase so I first want to remedy that and say he was very good. I generally loathe the car buying experience and except for filling out some of the documentation incorrectly, which Toyota Financial subsequently corrected via letter, it was a positive experience. Today, December 23, 2013, I brought my new Avalon in for a complimentary inspection and the young man who helped me was exceptionally nice and helpful. His name was Alex Ketron. He assisted me with my Bluetooth and my iPod. Very grateful for his patience and help. More
On two different occasions I have tried to purchase at land cruiser from them. Both times, with two different trades, I was offered $10,000 to $12,000 off of black book value and less than I actually got land cruiser from them. Both times, with two different trades, I was offered $10,000 to $12,000 off of black book value and less than I actually got for my trades.... I actually got black book value on my trades. I have purchased 40 vehicles in my life and I know the process. I know when I am being treated in an underhanded fashion. The second time I was in, the sales manager loudly and in an offensive manner made rude comments about my car. I was tading in a car with a black book value of $34,000 and $50,000 respectively. I would never buy a car from this dealership. I have escalated my concern to Toyota corporate where I have some contacts. I was particularly offended by the behavior of the sales manager. When I expressed my concern about this behavior to John Martin, the sales associate, he simply said that he was sorry....but that was his sales manager. More
Great buying experience. We were working with three different dealerships and three different brands, which Scion was one of. One was Subaru which, as you know sells the BRZ, the sister car to the FR-S. Both my wife and I agree that we made our purchase with you based more on the way we were treated than on the actual product. All three products we were looking at were all comparable in most ways. Please pass our thanks on to Steve Liner, Andy Lipto, Chris Legg, Mark Turner and Jimmy Hughes. Pat these folks on the back because each and every one of them dealt with us respectfully, kindly and without any game playing that most car dealers are known for. We felt we were respected as human beings and not just another sales number to fill quotas at the end of the day! We sincerely felt that everyone we came in contact with was working earnestly with our best interests in mind. We love our new cars and we spend a lot of time showing them off to the multitudes that are inquisitive. We also make sure to tell each and every one of them how well we were treated at Toyota of Bristol. I gave them this rating for how awesome that they are. They worked with me on multiple occasions for my brakes. They also were so sweet working with me know that I am a college student and getting me the discounts that I needed to be able to afford the repairs. Rick the service person who I dealt with was so awesome and kind. He had to put up with me getting upset over what was wrong with the car and the price and handled it with grace. He sat down with me and told me then talked on my cell phone to my mom so that she knew what was going on too. He took all the time I needed to think things out and made me feel comfortable. He also made me feel that I did the right thing by bringing it back in less than a week later to recheck them because they were squeaking and assuring mew that they were okay and my car was safe to drive. Out of the dealerships I have dealt with I love working with Toyota of Bristol over all the other ones and would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Service date was 11/04/13 for routine oil and filter change and rotate the tires. The technician found the left rear shock absorber was broken and leaking oil on the brake drum. New shock absorbers we change and rotate the tires. The technician found the left rear shock absorber was broken and leaking oil on the brake drum. New shock absorbers were ordered. Shock absorbers were received at the dealership the next day, 11/05/13, and were installed. I have been coming to this dealership for all my Sienna service since Feburary of 2006. Randall Carmack has been my service representative off and on since that time. Randy is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help you at any time. There were times when he was not available and I used someone else. The entire service staff greets you with a smile, friendly conversation and treat you like family. I would not take my Toyota to any other service facility unless I am out of town and then I would try and find a Toyota service facitlity. Toyota of Bristol has an outstanding service work ethic, Randall Carmack emphasizes this work ethic to the maximum. The customer waiting area is outstanding also. I am giving this rating because I trust Toyota of Bristol to service my car perfectly and enjoy doing business with them. My next new Toyota will be bought at this dealership. More
