We were crestfallen, but had help from several Toyota personnel, and finally decided to order a 2017 Hybrid Camry XLE like the 2015. We had the help of Andrew Glover, Charlton Tiller, Chris McConnell (who ran his legs off trying to find us an alternative when we discovered "our" car had JUST been sold), Randy Rhea (who tried to make us feel better), Glenda Plaster, Corey Myers, and today Amber Epperson who gave us a complete education on the differences between driving a Camry hybrid versus the Camry we'd been driving for years. We appreciated their interest in our situation, their concern for helping us find a vehicle that all the features we wanted, and their determination to find that car for us. There wasn't one available according to the internet, but they ordered one from Georgetown. It took nearly 4 hours from start to finish, but when we left, we knew our car would arrive in Bristol in two days. We have had Toyota vehicles (usually two at a time) since the late 1960's, and have had NO mechanical difficulties with any of them. We usually drive them for 10 -15 years before even thinking of replacing them. We have not traded the last two, but have given them to our grandchildren. My 2007 Camry XLE with 72,414 miles, is going to my granddaughter who is entering the Medical College of Virginia at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond this August. She needs a reliable car, and I need one with a backup camera! Today we solved both our problems, thanks to the kind folks at Toyota of Bristol! More

Excellent experience!! We went to Toyota of Bristol on recommendation from a friend that has bought multiple cars from Jody Deskins. We talked to him on the phone and he got back to us when he had the Highlander we wanted. We made the trip from Johnson City to talk to him. He worked out the deal we needed and had the car ready to go when we arrived. He took care of every concern/desire we had and did so with an excellent attitude!! We would drive back to Bristol just to buy our next car from Jody. More
Great Place for your next vehicle My boyfriend and I have purchased our last few new vehicles at Toyota of Bristol. We want to thank our salesman Andrew Glover for helping us to find our new vehicle he was very friendly and I will say he very helpful. Also we want to Thank Amber Epperson for her help in showing us all the interior gadgets, its nice to know all of those things Also we want to give thanks to Ron Walsh who has helped us in our past buys of Toyota"s.. Finally I want to thank the people in the service area, especially Jeff Brooks who helped us recently in choosing our extending service plan. In buying your next vehicle go to Toyota of Bristol first before buying anywhere else. They have a wide selection of vehicles, friendly staff who is there to help in any way they possibly can. You"ll be glad you did. More

Excellent Experience We came to test drive (with no intentions of buying) a Toyota Highlander. We've had two 4Runners and I wanted something different. Needless to say, after 1/4 mile down the road, I loved it! Toyota of Bristol worked hard to get us the deal we needed and we left there that day with a new Highlander. Andrew was great to work with and I would recommend him to others as well. More

We bought our vehicle in late November of 2016, I called to ask about the title and tags about 2 weeks later,my call was never returned.By the end of December we still didn't have tags or title.We were told in January that Toyota had lost or something was wrong with the paper work.We called the county clerks office and were told we needed to talk to Bristol Toyota about the problem. I had to threaten to speak to the manager before someone told me they had screwed the paper work up with another 4 runner like ours and they were working on getting it cleared up.We finally received our tags and title a day or two before we would have had to get our second 30 day tag. Also on the day we bought our vehicle no one could show us much of anything about all the controls and everything about the vehicle.Here it is in June 2017 and we are still figuring out new things on the vehicle.Also at our first service visit the service person was trying to sell a higher priced service agreement at the 5000 mile service for later. Over all we like the Toyota 4 runner we purchased but a lot could be done to make the experience after better.I did send in the GREAT rating at the beginning but that was before the title and tag deal and service sales pitch. If I had to do that rating now it would be as low as you could get.The only reason I am sending this one in was because Amber Epperson called me and asked if I would send in a review so she sent me the link and here is my review of our experience. The only other person's name I can remember other than Andrew Glover was a woman named Angela who had something to do with paper work for tags and title or so I was told. More
