Not only the worst car dealership I've dealt with, but the worst business I've ever dealt with. They broke more things than they fixed on my truck, and their employee hit it while it was there - causing the worst business I've ever dealt with. They broke more things than they fixed on my truck, and their employee hit it while it was there - causing $4,000 in damage. They forced the employee to use his insurance and I can't get them to respond. Now I have no rear camera, no power mirrors and seats, no security system, etc. as they disconnected everything, and wrecked my truck. When I told Cory Ross, the Service Manager about all this, he said (and I quote) - "Tough! Sucks to be you!". 🤯Wow, I was floored. Stay far, far away from this place. Their awful reputation is well deserved. More

For the service department. I wouldn't come back if they paid me to. Brought truck in to have my O2 sensor diagnosed and fixed, and new sway bar links. Told the guy I have a leveling kit on my truck that they can't be stock. Low and behold just after a year I'm having to replace those again and now have $700 extra expenses on 2 tires that have worn irregular to the norm because of this mistake. As well as the O2 sensor not being diagnosed, just replaced. Told me a bunch of other stuff I needed done to try and get more money out of me but didn't really fix a single thing on my truck 0/10 will tell everyone I know this is not the place to have your vehicle worked on. More

I shopped several dealerships to find my 2023 cavalry blue Camry se and at 1 dealership it was wait and see what come in. at a Asheville NC dealership a sale was lost because they stacked 3000 dollars blue Camry se and at 1 dealership it was wait and see what come in. at a Asheville NC dealership a sale was lost because they stacked 3000 dollars on the price and the finance was 8.75 which was 2.75 per internet ad. then I found Toyota of Bristol tn. in less than 10 minutes of telling my sales person of what I wanted it was found.. we worked out the numbers and looked at all the numbers. then I accepted the deal .Hats off to the sales manager with not only working with me but also his sales professional to insure a sale. as I am writing this review I literally got a call from Toyota of Ashville to which I told them to go F!@# THEMSELVES and quit calling me!!! do yourselves a favor and make the trip to Toyota of Bristol... Folks I am the real deal ..I dont play games and neither will Toyota of Bristol. If you want to deal with someone you can trust then go to Toyota of Bristol. On a footnote their service department is a joke but folks do you want a good deal on your purchase or do you want me to blow a bunch of smoke up your a@#.. the sales department is phenomenal the sales manager is the best I have ever dealt with. I can say that because I am not a sucker!!!! Honesty Trust and commitment drive this dealership!! I am very much looking forward to the day I upgrade to the next generation of Camry. More
We had a tire problem while traveling cross country in Bristol TN. Pulled off the highway at 5:45 PM and happened to notice the bay doors open at Toyota of Bristol. Walked in and asked the Service advis Bristol TN. Pulled off the highway at 5:45 PM and happened to notice the bay doors open at Toyota of Bristol. Walked in and asked the Service advisor Andy Mountcastle if they could help. They had my tire patched and I was back on the road in 30 minutes. What a top notch professional and friendly service team. I wish there was a dealership in Massachusetts as great as Toyota of Bristol. I highly recommend them. More
