tire dashboard light came on Called and was told just bring the car in. Tire warning light was on. Bought my replacement tires at Toyota of Braintree. Dropped car off and within Called and was told just bring the car in. Tire warning light was on. Bought my replacement tires at Toyota of Braintree. Dropped car off and within 40 minutes was told no tire problem, air pressure was brought up to speed on all tires, no punctures - and the best part no charge. Thank you Toyota of Braintree More
14 years,only one bad experience Simple oil change turned into 2500 dollar repairs,told me they couldn't get skid plate off,came home smelt oil everywhere,checked oil,2 quart overfill Simple oil change turned into 2500 dollar repairs,told me they couldn't get skid plate off,came home smelt oil everywhere,checked oil,2 quart overfilled,called up and was told that's o.k.oil smell got worse,climbed under and found shop rags stuffed in skid plate pulled out 3 rags,then power steering starts leaking,brought in for repair and was told also need head gasket,coincidence? very dissappointed I've gone to this service center since I bought my car in 2014. I raved about them to everyone, but in the last year things have changed. It seems t I've gone to this service center since I bought my car in 2014. I raved about them to everyone, but in the last year things have changed. It seems they just want to make a buck. I brought car in early August, was told brakes needed work and I should come back then at end of August I brought it in for routine 90000 mile maintenance -- they said brakes were fine?! How'd that happen, were they just trying to fix something to make money? Then they said my coolant needed to be flushed because it was contaminated, but I never refilled the Washer Fluid (they said "someone" put Washer Fluid in antifreeze. I just don't trust them, overheard one of the service rep. say, "Yea, I'm available to help that customer, I need to make some money to pay my rent this month." Is this their game? Beside all this they never rotated my tires, which was part of the 90,000 mile maintenance -- when I complained they said i wasn't charged--but they were supposed to do it and I was charged for the 90,00 mile maintenance... Now I'm thinking, how do I know if they did anything?? More
Overcharged I have gone here for 3 years for my service maintenance. They charged me over $850 to get my service maintenance and the breaks replaced... labor itse I have gone here for 3 years for my service maintenance. I will NEVER go back here again, and will tell people not to go here. Too bad they lost a loyal customer, don't screw over your customers!!!! I feel so ripped off, I should have said no from the beginning. The worst part, the breaks still felt the same after... The only reason I am giving it a 2 star and not 1 (or 0) is because i've gone here for so long and they have serviced it. Other than that... no loyalty here anymore More

Sometimes car people talk to me like I am an idi This is my second leased RAV4 from them. Emily and Kenny H. in service have always treated me well. Sometimes car people talk to me like I am an idiot because I am female. Not here. I also had time to talk to Gail, who helped me with both my leases. She is super. All of the staff here is helpful and friendly. The service work is excellent. I do not know their prices if the work is not included, as mine is, as part of the lease package. I think Toyota offers a prepaid discounted package of services. I am glad I will continue to see them every 5,000 miles or six months until my lease is up. More
