I walked in to Toyota of Braintree with a particular car in mind. I had called ahead to make sure that it was still available and Bob Hadges immediately researched it and found that it was actually in the in mind. Within a few hours he had it transported to Braintree so I could come in for a test drive. Bob was very friendly and kept in touch every hour so that I could be apprised of when the car would be ready. When I got there, I was introduced to Eddie who went with me on the test drive. At no point did Eddie or anyone else at the dealership try to even make me look at another car other than the one that I was interested in. As this car was not a Toyota, Eddie was not super familiar with "all" of the features, but after we made the deal, he stuck around and helped me to get them all working (blue tooth, seat memory, etc.) which was extremely nice of him. I took my car home that night. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend the dealership as well as Eddie and Bob. More

Edward was not pushy and provided us with a wealth of information about our car. He personally walked our car to the service center to be cleaned and made sure our concerns were addressed. My experience here was very good. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 4WD. There was no pressure to buy. The sales people there do not hound you. They are very professional and courteous. My wife and I were not really intending to by a car on our first day out looking, as a matter of fact we were intending to look at a number of Ford cars before deciding on any particular vehicle. Sunny was so accommodating,knowledgeable (and patient)showing us a number of vehicles, he finally found a vehicle my wife fell in love with, an aloe green 2011 Camry. As I said before we didn't intend to buy that day, but with the combination of the pleasure of dealing with Sunny and finding the just right car, at the right price, etc.,we had to make a deal that day. Rich was a pleasant young man, with a wealth of knowledge regarding the Toyota Rav 4 that I was interested in. He asked me what I was looking for as far as colors, options, etc. and in a matter of minutes he showed me the car that had EVERYTHING I wanted... amazing! Needless to say this dealership has a wide variety of vehicles and a numerous vehicle inventory on site. After the test drive Mark asked me how everything was going? I responded that Rich was a terrific person, he told me a bit about Rich's work history which I thought was a nice touch. This dealership seemed like a big happy family to me that is proud of what they have to offer. Marks final comment to me was "we'll take good care of you". I felt really good about his comment like I was his most important customer! Rich was very attentive to me during the entire process and answered all my questions and concerns. I traded in a nice Toyota Solara and felt I was given a fair price for my trade as well as for the new Rav4. Rich gave me an additional discount with Mark's approval and the deal was done! A very smooth and efficient process. I met with Jessica (the finance mgr)... what a sweetheart! She explained all of the extended warranties that were available in such a way that it was simple for me to comprehend. Again, an extension of the professional and courteous service offered here. I did buy the extended warranty and Jessica also went over the monthly payment plan showing me various options and terms. I must say my vehicle was in a pristine state... clean inside and out,spotless, windows were so clean they appeared to have no glass in them! I know this is a new vehicle however, I've picked up new cars from other dealers that were in my opinion less than showroom condition! I would rate this dealer for the categories listed above a perfect "10" if the scale went that high. Kudos to Rich, Mark & Jessica as well as the rest of the folks at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree for making my experience so pleasurable! I've purchased MANY new cars and by far this dealership is #1 (*****5 start rating). PS I drove my new car home that same day! also Rich already made my first appointment for a service visit! More

Special kudos to Rich Voelker, he was pleasant and polite, no pressure and explained everything, somethings I needed him to repeat the explanation and he did so without rolling his eyes or acting impatient or making me feel stupid. Everyone I dealt with at Tufankjian was pleasant and polite. There wasn't any high pressure selling and no pressure to purchase warranties, alarms, etc. Everything was explained in detail and left up to me to decide whether or not I wanted to purchase an item. I would definetly absolutely recommend this dealership. More
