Scott Brothers, the manager, was excellent in helping with the purchase, also, and it was a pleasure to deal with him. Both he and Bob resolved a toyota financial problem and could not act quickly enough to ease my mind about it and get it fixed. The other dealers(Nissan, Honda, Mazda) had salesmen who actually turned us away by their unpleasant manner. Service is so important and Bob makes you so aware that he is there for you with any problem, and he was there. The Tufankjian dealership had a special deal on my car that was super. From the initial e-mail to the last hand shake, I was treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. Because of a prompt e-mail response to my offer, I drove from Cape Cod to Braintree and drove hom treated with complete courtesy and professionalism. My offer on the new truck was accepted immediately and I received exactly what I wanted for my trade. No haggling. Another dealer ( where i bought my previous truck ) told me to sell my old truck myself and then come back and we could talk prices. Needless to say, I won't be back for sales OR service. Donna was really wonderful! We actually bought 2 cars from her - a new 2010 Tacoma and a used Town and Country minivan. We LOVE them both and she made the process so easy. The best was when we came back from test driving the minivan and she pulled right up behind us in the black truck my husband wanted to drive. It was like she was waiting for us to pull in the lot. And later, my husband had to go home to relieve the babysitter and I was doing the paperwork/financing - I was so hungry - we had been there since 9AM... and she heard me saying how hungry I was and she gave me lunch! It was so nice and made it so much easier to wait the time to get the paperwork done. I would buy a car from her again in a heart beat. And I would definately send friends in to ask for her by name.
