Today I purchased the first new car that I have ever bought. It has been a lengthy process overall, and I have spoken to many salesman from all different brands throughout the South Shore of Massachuset bought. Everywhere that I have been so far I have encounter cars and dealerships that would have done the job well enough to keep me satisfied. But there is a large difference between being satisfied and being GENUINELY HAPPY the decisions that we life. I honestly believe that any one who can say they have absolutely no regrets in life is either delusional or has never taken a serious risk before, and as someone who has a great deal of anxiety about making decisions it is uplifting to feel this way. These salesmen did not feel like salesmen, they were human. Unlike the other dealerships I have encountered I never once felt pressured into making a decision that I did not want to make. Beyond this out of all the cars and the models I looked for, they were able to provide me exactly what I wanted, with no unnecessary add ons, no hidden fees, and in a timely manner. I've been looking for a new car for roughly four months and though they did not have the color of the exact model I wanted on their lot they had it for me no more than a week and a half from the first time I walked through the front door. I would recommend this place to any and everyone that is thinking of buying a new car. Don't even commit right away, take your time and look around and you will find that Tufankjian has the best employees and will provide you with the best experience that a customer could ask for. Unlike most car salespeople, Rick treated me with the utmost respect and allowed me as much time as I needed to make my decision.
