I visited 5 dealerships looking for used and new Toyota SUVs. I stumbled upon this dealership because they had a used SUV that intrigued me. When I walked in I met sales rep Manuel Javier who was very frie SUVs. I stumbled upon this dealership because they had a used SUV that intrigued me. When I walked in I met sales rep Manuel Javier who was very friendly, very patient and always smiled. Since I'm an engineer I decided to do alot of due dilignece with my purchase. After this dealership allowed me an overnight test drive of a used SUV, I decided that I'd rather purchase new. Looking at multiple cars over a series of 4 visits with Manuel probably took 7 hours of his life away from him due to the one-on-one time with me - not to mention the hours I'm sure he spent offline. When I kept Manuel and the rest of the crew 3 hours past closing on the last day of the month to make the final deal on a new Rav4, I was impressed with Manuel's patience. As with any car salesperson watch all numbers on the P&S and worksheets as they seem to not bring back the original markups when they "talk to their manager" so you need to track things in your mind or take good notes. In addition each visit to the manager results in a new type of worksheet formatted differently and the apples-to-apples comparisons needed to see if your requests were respected can be mentally daunting - in essence slowing the process down, meaning Manuel and the team could've left much earlier that night. Nonetheless, Manuel smiled most of the way through it all. Not much haggling needed, I used www.truecar.com to pick a price that I wanted and got it. Of course, I had to get some upsell attempts from Manuel's manager, accessories manager, warranties manager, but that was all expected and pretty easy to deal with. Overall, pretty low pressure sales tactics. I'd recommend this dealership for a new car sale. I'd recommend Manuel also as he was very patient, professional, and courteous. We'll see in the coming months about their service department's rankings in my mind. More

I told Benson what I was looking for , what I could afford and he came thru for me more than expected. My husband came in too, to look at my new car and Benson and John (husband) just got along terrific!! I have been extremely pleased with the service and communication from this dealership and I had an issue that was righted immediately. Jessica Reed was wonderful to deal with also. She worked especially hard to come through for me to get me into this car. Kudo's also to Wallace, who worked along side with Jessica. When I was working with the other dealership, I did not like the way I was being treated and opted out of that vehicle. This was my first purchase from Tufankjian Toyota. I have purchased 4 other new Toyotas in the past from 2 other dealerships. I had heavily researched the vehicle I wanted and found that Toyota of Brai have purchased 4 other new Toyotas in the past from 2 other dealerships. I had heavily researched the vehicle I wanted and found that Toyota of Braintree had two trucks in inventory that met my criteria. As a matter of fact they had the largest inventory to choose from of all the local Toyota dealers. I walked in and was introduced to a sales associate right away. I knew what I wanted to pay for the vehicle and what I felt was a fair trade for my own vehicle based on my research and we quickly came to an agreement for the new vehicle. At no time did I feel pressured to make the sale. I met with the sales manager, finance manager, and an accessories salesmen and all were very professional and friendly. When I came in to pick up the vehicle the dealership departments worked as a team to transfer the registration and get the truck inspected so I would not have to make a separate trip. I had not done any reasearch on dealers before I went into Toyota of Braintree but based on their ranking on this site I was lucky they had the truck I was looking for. I recommend giving Toyota of Braintree a chance to earn your business. More

After deciding upon a car, Manny walked me through the buying process step by step in a clear and concise fashion, he communicated regulary with me and when I picked up my car last night, he was on hand to make sure I understand all the new features in my new Toyota - he even pre-booked my first oil change and sent me a reminder.
