John in the business office was very helpful and very fast with all of the paperwork too. I walked in to Toyota of Braintree with a particular car in mind. I had called ahead to make sure that it was still available and Bob Hadges immediately researched it and found that it was actually in the in mind. Within a few hours he had it transported to Braintree so I could come in for a test drive. Bob was very friendly and kept in touch every hour so that I could be apprised of when the car would be ready. When I got there, I was introduced to Eddie who went with me on the test drive. At no point did Eddie or anyone else at the dealership try to even make me look at another car other than the one that I was interested in. As this car was not a Toyota, Eddie was not super familiar with "all" of the features, but after we made the deal, he stuck around and helped me to get them all working (blue tooth, seat memory, etc.) which was extremely nice of him. I took my car home that night. Everyone was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend the dealership as well as Eddie and Bob. More

Edward was not pushy and provided us with a wealth of information about our car. He personally walked our car to the service center to be cleaned and made sure our concerns were addressed. My experience here was very good. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota Rav4 4WD. There was no pressure to buy. The sales people there do not hound you. They are very professional and courteous. They took care of my registration, installation of car alarm and remote starter. Everything was performed on time. I'm happy with their service and follow through. My wife and I were not really intending to by a car on our first day out looking, as a matter of fact we were intending to look at a number of Ford cars before deciding on any particular vehicle. Sunny was so accommodating,knowledgeable (and patient)showing us a number of vehicles, he finally found a vehicle my wife fell in love with, an aloe green 2011 Camry. As I said before we didn't intend to buy that day, but with the combination of the pleasure of dealing with Sunny and finding the just right car, at the right price, etc.,we had to make a deal that day.
