Bob is a true professional and knows his craft extremely well. Above all, he has a genuine interest in people and a keen sensitivity that one doesn't expect to find while shopping for a car. I needed to downsize, due to the economy and Bob spent much of the afternoon with us comparing vehicles and working on the best possible price recognizing our need to save money. He provided options to consider. Not only did I purchase the vehicle that afternoon but I drove it home. Bob and the staff worked quickly to get it done. I left with a 2010 Corolla and saved $100/month with the 0% financing! Never saw anything but a pleasant face from Bob and he has a great sense of humor. Jessica was the best!
