As you can imagine, the purchase of a new car can be a stressful process. We had a very specific car in mind and although we are long time customers of Toyota Braintree, you always never know what to expe stressful process. We had a very specific car in mind and although we are long time customers of Toyota Braintree, you always never know what to expect. During our first visit, the owner David Tufankjian introduced us to Emmanuel and from that moment on our experience was nothing short of amazing. Emmanual was was very patient, he never made us feel pressured or tried to push us into a car we didn't want, he was always willing to answer any questions we had, and we never felt like we were a bother to him. His ability to keep us in the loop and updated throughout the process (as we visited the dealership several times) was extremely appreciated. We have been a long time customer of Toyota Braintree and would strongly refer a friend or family member to work with Emmanuel in the future. More
