I had some winter maintenance due on my 2007 TC Scion and brought it in to the dealership for an inspection. During the complimentary inspection from Giovanni, I inquired about the new 2011 TC Scion. I was brought it in to the dealership for an inspection. During the complimentary inspection from Giovanni, I inquired about the new 2011 TC Scion. I was quickly greeted by Mr. Eduardo Vivas. Mr. Vivas took his time to get to know me and asked me questions about my current vehicle and how I use it for my commute and during my time off. I am extremely impressed of Mr. Eduardo's knowledge of the 2011 Scion TC and I felt comfortable during the whole process from beginning to end. Mr. Vivas service is excellent and he took the time to understand my needs and answered all my questions. I picked up my vehicle today from the dealership and Mr. Vivas showed me how to use all the extra options I chose that I did not have on my 2007 Scion TC. This dealership is really committed to excellence, and Mr. Vivas has proven to me his professionalism in serving the customers with the highest regard. I am also impressed with the manager on detail, Mr. Stephen Hawkes who assisted me during the sales process. Lastly, the 2011 Scion TC.....I Love it. Thank you. More
I wanted to replace my 2005 Toyota Matrix with a new one to make a cross-country trip. I'm leaving soon, so I wanted to move quickly. Sam Li did an excellent job of finding a 2010 Matrix with the same feature set, of quickly negotiating a good deal and of arranging to get me my new car very quickly. I also was interested to see the new Tufankjian facility. I had my 2005 Matrix serviced at the Weymouth facility, but had not had occasion to see the new one once it opened. From the time I spent in it during my sale, I can see that I will enjoy getting my new Matrix serviced there. More
I purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry from Sam Li at Toyota of Braintree and it was by far the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. I did a lot of my research online and they had a large inventory of Braintree and it was by far the best car-buying experience that I have ever had. I did a lot of my research online and they had a large inventory of cars that I was looking for than most other dealerships. My husband and I visited Toyota of Braintree and one other dealership and we were just impressed with the number of Certified Toyota's and the conditions of the cars at Toyota of Braintree. The salesmen were not overbearing and pushy which has caused us to walk away from other dealerships in times past. There was such a large inventory to look at and the prices were very reasonabale. From the sales man, to the manager, to the business manager everyone at this dealership was professional and friendly. I picked up the car today and it looked great. I was so impressed with the level of respect as a consumer that I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Toyota. Ask for Sam! :) More
Out of all the Toyota dealerships I visited, this one had the best inventory and selection of Certified used vehicles. I drove about 40 minutes away just to come to this dealership. Obviously, the first thing about buying a car is the cost, Toyota of Braintree had, if not, the best and most competitive pricing in the market. I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry SE, this vehicle was in such good condition (mechanically and asthetically), that it looks fresh out of the factory. The sales people are awesome, they make you feel "part of the family" and they help you buying that perfect vehicle. My saleman was excellent, he had told us that he has only been doing this for several months, but from his commitment and knowledge, he seems like he has been doing this forever. GREAT PLACE TO BUY A TOYOTA!!! More

I was assisting my daughter, a single mom with two kids who totaled her car on the icy morning the week before. I was attempting to see if she could get into a new Corolla. I read the good reviews went to Braintree from Mansfield specifically for this dealership. I first met with Bob Wilfand. He was very friendly and listened to the specific issues we had and started a process in motion to help us. He teamed up with Rick Heenan since he wasn't going to be in the next day. Between the two of them plus manager Mike Hanks and the finance manager Arthur Martell, they were able to come up with a plan that would work. The result was that my daughter drove away in a new 2010 leased Corolla. Bob did a great job on the morning we picked up the car by taking her through all the details of the car and the services that came with it. Overall this was a great experience. I highly recommend this dealership and Bob and Rick as the sales people. More

My email was answered immediately by Eddie Sherrick with all of the information that I was looking for - no runaround, no attempt to steer me in different directions. He was able to find a car that met my price expectations quickly and not once did I get the impression that he was trying to get more money out of me. Professional and to the point. When we went to the dealership to complete the transaction, we were passed to salesman Kenny Tempro who was equally as accommodating. We also sat with a gentleman that discussed upgrade options as well as a very nice woman for the financing - both of whom offered optional items that we could add but at NO point did they try to pressure us into them. I have little to no patience for "sales tactics" and they didn't throw any at me. Start with Eddie and you'll be in good hands. Clean and easy experience all around at Tufankjian. More
