Anthony was with me from start to finish in my buying process and even found me on campus when I came in for a routine oil change and made me feel right at home. Best car buying experience ever. I never trusted a car salesman since history tell us that 99.99% of the time they are out to get us and the worst part is that someone make them believe the are smarter th salesman since history tell us that 99.99% of the time they are out to get us and the worst part is that someone make them believe the are smarter than the customer. Not at this dealership according to my experience. If you do your homework before buying, you will know if any salesman is playing games immediately. Not with Benson, he really takes care of the customer as if he is selling a car to someone he cares about. Benson took his time to explain and advise me thru the process without making me feel under pressure, all this time I was so prepared that I would have caught him in any lie or game if he would have tried, but he didn't. Benson ask you about what you want and your expectations, he is not there to sell you a car, but the car you want. He ask you if anything else he can do and provides help even when not ask to do so. Now to all the signing with the financial associate. I believe his name is John. Same atmosphere, very friendly and looking for the best financing option for the customer instead of trying to get your last penny in extras. My best buying experience was at another Toyota dealership before, but the Tufankjian topped that experience. I am already working on putting my down payment togheter for my second car since I nedd another one and I will go back to buy it at this dealership. The dealership is a no pressure one so when you go in at first, it's nice you can look around without being hassled right away. When you wanted to ask some questions, there was a friendly person with all knowledge and patience. Sam Li was great as he really respected me as well as my husband and all the research I did. He did several test drives with each of us with all different types of vehicles until we narrowed the choices down. When we did not buy right away, Sam was not aggressive calling us all the time like other dealerships. When we went in, which we did several times, he was patient and helpful. The dealership is beautiful and clean and a pleasure to go visit with the vehicles all housed inside their massive garage which they allowed you to look through at the cars. All the people we worked with from the salesperson to the sales manager to the finance guy was very geninuine and easy to work with - just good people, not the typical stereotypical "car salesman." We felt we got a good deal as we did extensive research and went to a couple other dealerships but we went back to Tufankjian due to the overall experience. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

This is my third Tacoma - love the truck - but was dreading the thought of going through the sales process. Sam's sole purpose in this process was to make sure I ultimately got the vehicle ment for me. I never got the feeling I was just another customer, another sale. Over the course of three days, Sam was energetic, patient, and courteous. By the time I took delivery of the vehicle, Sam was like family. The dealership should be proud of their obvious dedication to the customer. Bob was in touch with me beforehand by email about all of my concerns and needs regarding buying a new Toyota Rav4...What a great guy...definitely get in touch with Bob Hadges beforehand! He made sure that I had all the info in advance and arranged for me to meet with Gail, the sales associate. I cannot say enough good things about Gail and Bob. Gail listened to my wish list and helped me to negotiate a really excellent deal...I was able to get a much better version of the Rav4 for a lower price than I thought possible thanks to Gail.... I had already done my homework, and knew what a good price would be. Gail is extremely personable, and a very good listener...I felt like she really cared about what was best for me in this endeavor...She made me feel relaxed... Instead of being pressured, it was very pleasant. John Celesk in Finance worked with me on the financial details, and was also very friendly and very helpful. We were looking to trade our 2002 passat and get a new car. Initially we were just going to visit few dealerships prior to making any decision. At our first stop Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree, we got such a warm welcome and were greeted immediately by our salesman Sunny. He was very friendly and professional. Sunny was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took his time to go around the exterior and interior of the car and explain and demonstrate the features and let us examine everything without making us feel like we were wasting his time. The negotiation on the price of the car and our trade-in was very easy and carefully explained. Overall the price was extremely fair and competitive. We would highly recommend Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree and Sunny. They have shown themselves to be honest, down-to-earth and a pleasure to work with and we will use their service department even though there are closer toyota dealership by us. More

My 98 tacoma was recalled on the rusted frame. I went to several different dealership stating that my currant tacoma was being recalled and what I was looking for a new tacoma. All of the dealerships where several different dealership stating that my currant tacoma was being recalled and what I was looking for a new tacoma. All of the dealerships where trying to push me into a truck I could not afford and did not need, or one dealership just blew me of saying it's at least $450 a month for a new truck like that and dismissed me like i was wasting his time if I didn't want to spend that kind of money. Gail found me the perfect truck at the price i could afford. I spoke with two dealership about the recall and no one want to give me any information on how it work or how much I would get on the recall all they would say is I have no idea that't not my department and you have to spent $450 a month for a brand new truck. Gail was able to tell me how the program worked and a round about idea of how much I may get for the recalled tacoma, So I was able to know how much I would have for my down payment of my new 2011 red tacoma that I bought from Toyota of Braintree, from Gail Nelson.
