My mother and I had been looking for a new car for around 6 months,due to the fact that my lease was ending.I visited 2 Toyota dealerships and 2 Nissan dealerships, with no positive outcome. We were left fee 6 months,due to the fact that my lease was ending.I visited 2 Toyota dealerships and 2 Nissan dealerships, with no positive outcome. We were left feeling frustrated and besides ourselves that nothing was going our way. At Nissan their financing dept, expects people to jump through hoops and was not by any means easy to work with. At the other Toyota dealerships I just didn't feel the dealers were on the same level as the customers, they were very pushy, trying to hard to make a sale and didn't give you any breathing space. Thankfully, my mother was able to track down our previous toyota dealer who had relocated to Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree, Kevin Chicoine. When we arrived at Toyota of Braintree we were then introduced to Donna LaRosa, she was an absolutly amazing woman. Honestly,I cannot say enough good things about her in such a small paragraph, doing buisness with her felt like spending time with an old friend rather than doing a buisness transaction, thats how buying a car should be.Other dealerships could learn a thing or two from Tufankjian Toyota. Toyota of Braintree was like one big warm family and when you do buisness there you become a part of that family. They come across as being very down to earth people, they understand diffrent families have diffrent finances and dynamics, and they go above and beyond to accomidate those things. Everything ran so smooth, Donna listened to what I wanted, my concerns and my financial status and based upon that was able to deliver what I wanted.She let us test drive the cars alone and did not push anything down our throats. I went with the 2011 Toyota Camry(SE). Then we went to financing and Jessica made it all happen even after buisness hours,impressive!Due to everyone's hard work I got to take my new car home that same day. Both my mother and I were just blown away with the fact it was not stressful at all. I am currenlty a nursing student, hence the medication terminology but I say Toyota of Braintree is the Valium of car dealerships because they took away all of our anxiety over buying a new car and made it just an out right pleasant experience.Finally,due to the wounderful experience, we will never go anywhere else, when it comes to buying a car. I can say he listened to my needs, was receptive to the speed in which I processed my decisions and stepped in when he thought I should consider options. He didnt try to sell me something I didnt need and I VERY much appreciated no double speak. If he didnt know something, he either found out or said he didnt know. We visited 2 Toyota/Scion dealerships in our area but were not very impressed with pricing and/or service. Our son did a lot of research on different cars, their ratings, pricing, etc. and found a Scion were not very impressed with pricing and/or service. Needless to say, we were introduced to Kenny and 3- 2hr trips later, we are the proud owners of a 2009 Scion TC and our son couldn't be much happier.
