My experience was initially good, but turned sour after the details of the deal were fully revealed. I never went to the dealership, so cannot speak about the experience there, but I can speak about the ne the details of the deal were fully revealed. I did my research online for a car using a comparison site which features local dealers with no-haggle pricing. This dealership was one of the 3 I contacted via email with an offer. Initially they were agreed to negotiate, and sent me the details of the car in question. During my email exchanges it was revealed that because that car is so "rare" and Toyota is in short supply anyways, I would not get any better pricing than MSRP. When I confronted them with the quotes I received from the website for a guaranteed X amount off the MSRP, the prices were dismissed as made up. Here is the actual final email from Ed, slightly modified to obscure the specifics: " These are not quotes from actual dealers. These are made up numbers from a third party website. To get the prices quoted on the website you would need a participating dealer who has the vehicle in stock. There are very few (actual model car)s available. Even if they have it in stock, they do not have to sell you the vehicle. My price is my price. It is not negotiable. Edward" More
I did most research online and knew the truck I wanted to buy. Their price was fair compared to most of the other trucks I saw. Edward was very quick to respond to any questions from their web site.
