My last lease I had ended and because of my experience being so positive. When Sunny notified me that, my lease is about to end. I was more than happy to come in to discuss my options. This is my second lease with Toyota of Braintree with the help of Sunny Ahuja and I couldn't be happier about both experiences. As an undergraduate nursing student nearing my graduation I'm busy, I'm particular, and I ask a lot of questions and Sunny was the perfect match for me. Sunny answered all of my questions with professionalism, humor, and intelligence. He has been a joy to work with and guided me through the leasing process twice now with ease. During my second leasing experience, I was at the dealership for a large amount of time trying to decide what to do before my lease ended. Sunny remained patient while my family looked over all of the possibilities and was particularly accommodating to my dad who is disabled. It started to get close to dinner and Sunny insisted that he would order something for us to eat. I thought he was pulling our leg but he asked us what we would want and he ended up ordering us a pizza. Sunny goes above and beyond for his clients and this instance really showed how kind, caring, and thoughtful of a person he is. Each time I have leased I have came into the building with a need and each time it was quickly executed (this lease I picked up my car the next day) with the help of Sunny and also Arthur Martel (who is just as personable and easy to work with as Sunny). My overall experience at Tufankjian has been above and beyond my expectations, the atmosphere is different at this dealership. I have never felt pressured into making a decision, their customer service is incredible and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! I'm in LOVE with my new 2013 RAV and I plan on continuing doing business with Sunny, Arthur, and the team at Braintree for years to come! More

Erwin Amboy is the best salesman we've ever worked with, and we will continue to use him for many years to come. He makes every car buying experience a pleasure. Erwin is the man. He's HONEST. I came into the dealership to buy a new vehicle. I wasn't sure what exactly what I wanted to get. I was introduced to Bob Wilfand, who was extremely pleasant, patient and knowledgeable. I felt like it was important for me to feel comfortable about my purchase. Bob explained the difference between hybrid and a regular vehicle as I was interested in the hybrid Camry. I looked into the Avalon, and he priced both the Camry and the Avalon. We came to the conclusion, as I was about to retire, and that I did not drive as much as I used to that I might want to look at something a bit smaller. I spied the Corolla Sport. Bob explained all the standard options that this car came with. I opted to lease the vehicle. When the vehicle was not ready when promised Bob made arrangements for me to get a rental until mine was ready. I was accustomed to that kind of customer service with Lexus and is always appreciated. When my vehicle was ready Bob went over detail of it with me to make sure I was comfortable before I left the dealership, and assured me that if I had any reservations about anything he was only a phone call away. We had a great experience. We went in on a Tuesday night to look around and met with Erwin Amboy and got some information. We wanted to shop around a little more at other dealers, so we left that night and to look around and met with Erwin Amboy and got some information. We went to another Toyota dealership and had a terrible experience. We then went online to get some quotes through Truecar.com. We found a great quote from a dealer quite a distance from our town. We went back to tufankjian with that quote and Mark McElroy matched it on the spot. Everyone we dealt with that day was professional and helpful and I just can't say enough about the whole experience. Fantastic! More
