And as it turned out John, my finance manager, is a friend of mine from college. I went to two mother dealerships first, I wish I has know how awesome Toyota of Braintree was first. I recently LEASED my first leased vehicle with this dealership in August 2013. I worked with Erwin Amboy and spent the whole day with him. He was so very patient and not pushy at all. All he wanted to do was to make me happy. I also worked with his manager Mark McElroy who was also wonderful. There is a happy, relaxed atmosphere at this dealership. As a single woman, I completed this whole process on my own with all of these individuals giving me information and allowing me to take my time to make my decisionn. Don Richmond worked on all of my financials with me and did not push anything on me. We had great discussion and was very helpful in weighing the pros and cons of each decision. I will use this dealership again and again. Their service set up is fast and is run very efficiently. Their indoor shopping is wonderful and I was thrilled with my delivery.
