We were just looking at Toyota's for the first time. Paul was very helpful - showed us different models and explained the differences. Once we settled on one model, the Venza, Paul showed us a 2013 that was in the showroom. Without a lot of pressure, we narrowed our search down to this vehicle. My husband had never looked at a foreign make car before and was very impressed. Paul took us out for a test drive and explained the various features of the car while we were driving. Paul was the epitome of what a salesperson should be - very accommodating and not rushing us to make a decision. We bought the Venza and are extremely satisfied- we would recommend Toyota of Braintree to anyone and especially Paul Sines. More

President's Day I decided to take a test drive in a new 4Runnner. Fully expecting high-pressure sales, as I've experienced in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Fred Zeiba's sales approach. He w new 4Runnner. Fully expecting high-pressure sales, as I've experienced in the past, I was pleasantly surprised by Fred Zeiba's sales approach. He was easy to converse with, not only about the vehicles, but also things in general, which put me at ease, as I realized this was not the car-buying experience I've known in the past. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle, very subtle about reinforcing the things I liked about the 4Runner, pointing out the "extras" that I had not seen, but letting me make the decision on what I was looking for and how much I was willing to spend. After looking at some of the different models on the lot, Fred asked me what price range I was in. I replied that I would rather approach this as what I liked visually & what options the vehicle had, and THEN ask for the price. Fred agreed and our future negotiations went smoothly. I was able to negotiate a better trade-in value for my 10 YR old Expedition and a lower monthly lease payment with Fred's help. On my way out, I met Kenny Tempo who thanked me for coming, & made sure that I was comfortable with everything about the vehicle. When I returned later that week to pick up my new 4Runner, both Fred & Kenny were there to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and comfortable operating all the "bell's & whistles" before I drove away. I would highly recommend Tufankjian and plan on returning when it's time for a new vehicle. More

I bought a new Avalon. My salesperson was Francys Araujo. He was good at finding the car we wanted and was helpful during our test drive. There was a problem getting delivery of the new car because Toyota ha He was good at finding the car we wanted and was helpful during our test drive. There was a problem getting delivery of the new car because Toyota had a no delivery order due to a faulty heating seat element on all 2014 Toyotas. The dealership could not tell me when the parts would be delivered so it was frustrating waiting to see when we could get the car. I do not fault the dealership because they were kept in the dark as to the delivery of necessary parts. In the end the people mentioned above went the extra mile and kept the deal together. The paperwork, the financing, the registration were all processed so efficiently that the new car was ready for me to take with me that day! I never expected to be driving home that day in my new car. I just needed to empty out my trade in Sienna. And Bob came out with me, in the rain, to help empty out my belongings. My entire experience from start to finish was incredible. And Bob even followed up with me the next day to see if I had any questions about the operation of the new car.
