I was scheduled for my 75,000 mile check and worked with Amanda to book my appointment. I explained that I would be leaving the dealership immediately after the service on a long car trip and only had 1 ho Amanda to book my appointment. Upon arrival she was there to greet me and assure me that the job would be done in the timeframe I needed. Within 1 hour she found me in the waiting room and escorted me to the center to pay for the service. In the process of the service check, they discovered a very worn belt and replaced that in addition. Amanda exceeded all my expectations and provided me with the best car service and experience I have received since owning a car! Thanks Amanda. More

I went into this dealership for service the week before purchasing and decided during the service to ask my service advisor (Kendall) for a trade-in allowance. After a couple of days, I decided to look around at all the dealerships within a 100 mile radius (since I had an idea of a trade now) of where I live...that being Braintree. The best deal out there was above what I wanted to spend and the team that I selected earlier (Natache; Kenny; Mike) went to work on behalf of myself (being a return service customer) and got me the deal that I couldn't refuse. They did not nickel and dime me once I told them where I needed to be at and they made it happen. I would like to thank all of them for their professionalism as I know that I am a very hard customer to bargain with. More

I came to this dealership after going to another one and was happily surprised. I was greeted at the door and I was helped by a salesman (Erwin Amboy). I went to the dealership two or three different times to look at the car and talk with Erwin. He never tried to push me into buying a vehicle. He and Mark McElroy were both incredibly helpful and patient. I looked around at other dealerships and I know they gave me the best price and deal for the vehicle I purchased. Arthur Martel explained very succinctly all of the paperwork, and was very patient and gracious, especially since he had to do a set all over again. We had a great experience with Angel! He was very patient and let us test drive three vehicles. Because we were buying a Prius we had a lot of questions about hybrids and if he didn't know the answer, he was and let us test drive three vehicles.
