Normally I never take the time to rate anyone or anything, but I felt compelled to in Paul’s case. I actually feel guilty waiting 2 weeks after buying my new FJ Cruiser to write this review. Saying Paul went above and beyond is an understatement. He is the epitome of what a salesperson should be! He went out if his way to make sure I was happy with every aspect of my purchase and he succeeded with flying colors. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone and can only hope I can purchase all my vehicles through him in the future. Thanks again for everything Paul! More
After months of doing research on the internet, my computer kept bringing me back to Toyota of Braintree. With all my information and knowledge in my head, I bravely entered the dealership, a "lone woman." In the back of my mind, I thought I would be treated like an un-informed easy target. However, I was so kindly greeted by Kenny Tempro who spoke with me like an intelligent person, no corny tag lines, etc. I was immediately impressed and decided to take the second step. Enter my salesperson, Arthur Araujo. Again, not condescending at all, very friendly, put me at ease, and his extensive knowledge of the vehicles was truly impressive. Arthur was very patient as I dragged him around the floors of the dealership looking for the RAV 4 I knew I would love as soon as I saw it. Arthur also delivered. Fell in love with this RAV, knew we would be having a long and loving relationship and no pressure from Arthur to steer me towards another vehicle. He was interested in making me happy, not his bottom line. I must also give a shut out to Eric Francke for his input which made a decision I was pondering much easier to make, Bob Hadges whose patience and professionalism made a long process quite relaxing, and Mark McElroy for bringing up the rear. These are my reasons why I have given this dealership the highest ratings available. I will keep my promise to all my new family members at Tufankjian and will recommend any friends or family member interested in a Toyota or Scion to this delightful dealership. More

It is great for Filipinos in Massachusetts to have a sales person like Mr. Erwin Amboy. Very easy to talk to and easily explains the sales process. Gives opinions on what options to take. Have a good and pleasant personality during the sales process. But regardless of ethnicity, Mr. Erwin Amboy is the right sales person to go to in this dealership. Mark McElroy was also very helpful in the process. Mr. Carlos Ortega gave his assurance that I will be treated nicely. Mr. Detellis who sells accessories for the vehicle was excellent with the products he was selling. It was good to hear different options for a particular accessories but basically the accessories are priced higher than MSRP prices for the genuine ones. Mr. Bob Hadges took care of the financing part. He was helpful in presenting the formal computations and some extras to purchase that is up to us customers if we decide to include it or not. Overall I had a pleasant, unintimidating, unpressured experience at this dealership. More
Easy, no hassle transaction. I met Jason through their website. From the start, he was the right blend of helpful information without being at all pushy and intrusive. When I went to the dealership, Sunny was the same way. Jason gave me a great price over the phone, so there was no haggling when I got to the dealership. They were very fair with my trade. Here's the best part.... the vehicle I wanted was being shipped. It arrived 2 days later than expected because of snow.... I had to go out of town, so long story, short, I didn't pick up the car for almost 3 weeks... There was nothing in writing between me and the dealership on cost of vehicle, and value of trade. I was wondering if the numbers were going to match our verbal deal (I've had some experiences with shoddy dealerships in the past), but I needn't have worried. The final paperwork was as seamless as the original transaction, and I love my new vehicle. Thank you Toyota of Braintree More
Excellent experience from the get go. Eric Francke was my first contact via an email inquiry simply to learn more about the Toyota Sienna. He did not pounce on me and send me a ton of unsolicited emails, my first contact via an email inquiry simply to learn more about the Toyota Sienna. He did not pounce on me and send me a ton of unsolicited emails, but very quickly and succinctly answered each of my questions. When I was ready to get a quote, he provided me with a fair number and was upfront about what was included (ex. destination charge) and what was not (doc fees, tax, title etc.). My family worked with Socrates Lubin in sales. Socrates is relatively new to sales, but he has quickly moved up the learning scale and is quite knowledgeable about the features of a Sienna. He is very friendly and personable, without an ounce of the stereotypical car salesmen smooze/sleeze that too often pervades the industry. The initial quote for our trade-in was very low, and we expressed this to Mark Mcelroy, one of the sales managers. Mark, like Eric and Socrates, was very upfront, professional and friendly. We let him know that we were looking to receive a trade in quote on the high end of the Kelly Blue Book range for our trade in, and he met us there. We were clear before we even came in for our appointment that we were going to be visiting several Toyota dealers that day, and that decision was respected by the folks at Toyota of Braintree (we did not get the "what can we do to keep you here" pitch that we received everywhere else despite our equally clear intentions to have our trade in appraised at multiple places). We visited a total of three other dealers and came back to Toyota of Braintree because (1) the bottom line price was competitive with every other dealer, (2) the convenience of picking the dealer closest to our home and (3) we had the most positive experience with this team. Although Toyota of Braintree's price was not the lowest, the fantastic customer service that we received from Eric, Socrates and Mark brought us back and that is why we purchased our Sienna from Toyota of Braintree. As part of the closing process, we met with Bill Detellis in accessories and Walace Langame in finance. Both were excellent as well. We are very happy with our purchase and we will gladly recommend Toyota of Braintree to our friends. More

Monday morning I called and spoke to Jason Gordon and told him I need a car fast, what I wanted and how much I could spend. A few hours later Tom Kent was in my driveway with just what I was looking for, a Toyota Corolla within my price range. After test driving I was back at the dealership finalizing the purchase.
