Serendipity At the first walk in the door, at 5:30pm on a Saturday when they close at 6, we had nothing but smiling faces from every one left in the showroom! We have bought a few cars/trucks from the Tufankjian family over the years and so far this experience tops them all!! Tony Gribaudo deserves 10+ stars not just the 5 it allows!! He was very patient and NEVER pressured us to make a quick decision because it was closing time!! After finally making a decision, an hour later, then settled on the perfect price we could agree on, even knowing his dinner was probably getting cold a home and his cute little dog was waiting to play, Tony still offered to stay another half hour to 45 minutes to finalize the financial paperwork and complete the transactions!! With the help of Mr Harish Ahuja of course!! Great job done! We will Never buy a Toyota from anyone else! The cars speak for themselves, however it shows on the employees faces what a great place Toyota of Braintree is!! I love my RAV4!! More

I was assisted by Elizandra, who helped me pick out a beautiful 2016 Corolla. She was super friendly, always had a smile on her face, and knew exactly how to help me in my search for a new car. Arthur, from the finance department, helped me finalize all of my paperwork and made everything very easy, and stress free. On the day I came back to pick up my car, Elizandra was a little busy with other clients so Fausto stepped in and helped explain all the features of my new car. Lastly, Kenny came over and verified all of the new information and made sure that I was attended to properly. All in all, my experience at Toyota of Braintree was absolutely wonderful and I left completely satisfied. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to go there. Needless to say when it came time that I needed to upgrade from a Highlander to a Sienna and my lease was not over yet I contacted Ruben again and was able to make the switch hassle free! They worked with me on pricing and I was able to get the Sienna in the color I wanted even though they had to get it delivered from another dealership! I even had leather put in after the fact and it turned out even better than the factory leather! I will certainly be going back to Ruben again after my lease is up! More

We purchased my daughters car on a Monday and went back the following Saturday to purchase one for myself. Our salesman Ron was great he helped us with both sales. There was no pressure like the other dealerships, we simply walked around and when we found something he was there to help us every step of the way. We actually plan on going back to see Ron in a few months to look for something for my son. Everyone from the first person you meet clear through the finance department were great, pleasant and extremely helpful. I am telling you do not bother looking any place else !
