Amazing Sales and Finance Service!! I just bought a new car after having my previous car (from the same dealership) for 13 years! I dealt with IanMerrill and Eryk Diorio. First off, it was the last day of the month which is a VERY busy time at any car dealership. Both Ian and Eryk had other customers they were working with at the time. However, they were able to work together to make sure one of them was with us and getting us what we needed. This showed a true team approach! They were patient and let us take our time looking at which cars we may be interested in and answered all of our questions. They were both very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. Even as it got close to closing time for the dealership they were patient with us. From the moment we walked in the door, until the moment we walked out they treated us like old friends and made sure we were 100% comfortable with our purchase. I truly would recommend them to anyone looking for a new car! More

The service manger Ken is an arrogant condescending person who said to me " We don't make mistakes here" to which my response was oh that must be wonderful to be working with all robots because there is no way you can have humans working for you who NEVER make a mistake to which he responded I am telling you what your options are and I am not going to talk about this anymore with you ( the who conversation lasted 4 minutes. When I told him he was being rude and disrespectful he told me no he was not he was just being firm when in fact he was yelling at me so loudly I had to take the phone away from my ear and leave the room so not to bother my co-workers. Goof-up remedied I ordered a RAV4 hybrid 'SE' with great safety features plus the tech option with even more and was told it would take a few days. My new car came in I ordered a RAV4 hybrid 'SE' with great safety features plus the tech option with even more and was told it would take a few days. My new car came in the next week and I was given a RAV4 hybrid 'LE' (the top model) without the tech option. The differences between the models are mostly cosmetic and the tech option I wanted was the side view cameras. As my family was going on a weekend trip I decided to take what was offered with the understanding that I would be compensated for not getting the safety feature I expected and had paid for. My salesman Bob Wilfand was very concerned about my satisfaction and was instrumental in delivering the compromise in good time. More

I am always skeptical when purchasing a new or used vehicle, especially when I am traveling from 2 hours away. My salesman was exceptional and the deal made was fair. I was amazed withe the Toyota CPO program and the condition of the vehicle when I accepted delivery. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was when the sales manager tried to use the Scarcity Effect on me, he must have assumed this was my first rodeo.. My sales person Patrick, and the service people made up for it. Great vehicle, great salesman, great service department, and a fair deal. No buyers remorse, very happy! Before I knew it she was calling me and going over the situation with an explanation as to what they felt was the issue. She also said she would follow-up with the service to pick me up at the appointed time so I could pick the car up. It was great to have her take charge of the situation as I was disappointed that I had to come back a second time in such a short period of time with the same problem. More
