Easy and straight forward dealings I had done my research before going into Braintree Toyota and told the sales rep, Joey Foy, right upfront what I wanted and at what price. Joey was super helpful and had answers and paperwork from sales manager Bob Keough, that were clear and much to my shock, given to me to take home and review. After a quick handshake and deposit on my credit card, they introduced me to Don Richmond from finance who handled all the paperwork and had me the official owner of a new 2017 Tacoma. After visiting their showroom, meeting Sales, Service and Finance Folks, you'll wonder if there is something in the Water Cooler, because everyone makes you feel like part of a family and seem overly happy to be there. I immediately, went to the fountain and tasted some. Seemed Normal, Hmm? Fast Forward, we all know, that cars will need SERVICE, so it's all about SERVICE. I have never been disappointed ( Except the small loaner Corolas ...Sorry ) AND for these past 3 years, AMANDA, in Service has gone above and beyond to educate and help me with anything I needed fixed/repaired. She is the BOMB! Lastly, stay away from Run Flat Tires. They're brutal. You won't get more than 15,000/tire and the often wear unevenly. Michael Roman :) More

Brian McGrath made the financing paperwork as easy as possible while Bill Detellis listened to what I was looking for as far as extras without pressuring me into anything I wasn't looking for. Bottom line: this is the opposite experience most people prepare for when they walk into a car dealership. Great, honest service without the pressure to buy something you don't want or need.
