First off, it was the last day of the month which is a VERY busy time at any car dealership. Both Ian and Eryk had other customers they were working with at the time. However, they were able to work together to make sure one of them was with us and getting us what we needed. This showed a true team approach! They were patient and let us take our time looking at which cars we may be interested in and answered all of our questions. They were both very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured. Even as it got close to closing time for the dealership they were patient with us.
