Scott Vallatini was my sales associate and did a thorough job at presenting the best options to fit my budget and preferred criteria. Scott was a pleasure to work with and provided a high level of customer service, well above that of a new employee. He was prompt and highly organized in coordinating multiple in person visits to the dealership as well as on the day I picked up my new car. Kenny Tempro and Sunny Ahuja were also nothing but friendly and professional management staff members who quickly moved the process along. I have nothing but positive things to say about my car buying experience! My second Toyota Prius I just purchased my second Toyota Prius from Toyota of Braintree, from the same person who sold me my 2006 Toyota Prius when the dealership was Toyota I just purchased my second Toyota Prius from Toyota of Braintree, from the same person who sold me my 2006 Toyota Prius when the dealership was Toyota of Weymouth. I had very few problems with the 2006 Prius and the dealership took very good care of it for me. It never went anywhere else for service. The hybrid battery in the 2006 finally started to fail just after 196,000 miles but I loved the Prius so much I decided to get another one and was happy to discover that the same salesman who sold me the 2006 was still working there. I love my 2017 Prius and am looking forward to being a happy Prius owner for at least 11 more years... and maybe longer. My wife a has a 2008 Prius, also purchased from Toyota of Braintree. No complaints with that car either. More

I was very impressed by the ease of this experience. I worked with Rubens - I told him what I wanted and how much I was looking to pay and he made it all happen in under 3 hours! I've only gone through this process twice now, but my experience with Toyota of Braintree was by FAR the best one yet. Everything turned out just as I had asked and was expecting it to - I never felt pressured into anything. I had a quick, hassle-free, and overall pleasant experience. I would recommend both Rubens and Toyota of Braintree to anyone looking to buy a new car and plan to return in the future! More
