He was very patient with me, and i appreciate that as I had not purchased a car in a really long time. I had a budget and a deadline. I found a car that I was interested in, changed my mind and then was looking at something else. He continued to assist me with class and compassion! I believe it was a saleman by the name of John Augustave that also assisted me along with Emmanuel looking at other cars. I didn't finalize anything looking because I had run out of sunlight. I contacted them early morning with my second choice I spoke with Mark McElroy, again was greeted and treated with respect and patience, gave me details on financing options and the process to obtaining my new car! Not many people can say that they actually spoke with the owner of a car dealership- Greg Tufankjian took the time to reach out to me making sure i had the experience and the car i wanted! very dissappointed I've gone to this service center since I bought my car in 2014. I raved about them to everyone, but in the last year things have changed. It seems t I've gone to this service center since I bought my car in 2014. I raved about them to everyone, but in the last year things have changed. It seems they just want to make a buck. I brought car in early August, was told brakes needed work and I should come back then at end of August I brought it in for routine 90000 mile maintenance -- they said brakes were fine?! How'd that happen, were they just trying to fix something to make money? Then they said my coolant needed to be flushed because it was contaminated, but I never refilled the Washer Fluid (they said "someone" put Washer Fluid in antifreeze. I just don't trust them, overheard one of the service rep. say, "Yea, I'm available to help that customer, I need to make some money to pay my rent this month." Is this their game? Beside all this they never rotated my tires, which was part of the 90,000 mile maintenance -- when I complained they said i wasn't charged--but they were supposed to do it and I was charged for the 90,00 mile maintenance... Now I'm thinking, how do I know if they did anything?? More

Jose who was very professional walked us through the entire process and made it happen. During the entire process he was very knowledgeable, helpful and attentive.
