First Rate Customer Service I was searching ToB's web site when Ed's window popped up. I asked if the certified used car I was looking at online was still available. Viet went with me on the test drive, explained the mechanics of the pending transaction and has been the one following through with me these last few days after the sale to see how things are going. Greatly appreciated! Don Richardson was most helpful going over all the financial and warranty paperwork. I might add that both Viet and Don worked with me even after the dealership had closed, making sure everything regarding the sale was done right. Ed Wash, Viet Vu and Don Richardson were cordial and professional in every way. I had not really expected to buy a car that day! I was just poking around the web looking at used Corollas and... there you go! These guys sold me a cream puff with 265 miles on it! Review 9/26/17 Everyone was very curtious. I asked them to match the price of the car I had seen somewhere else, and they did. But I have to state that I was disappo Everyone was very curtious. But I have to state that I was disappointed to see that they only had one female sales associate amongst a very large team of male sales associates. The car that I purchased was supposed to be ready for pick-up and it wasn't. All they had to do was slap on a registration sticker and fill one tire with air. I waited quite a while to have this done. So I took it upon myself to tell the service department that I had a long drive home and needed my car now. They took care of it immediately. I shouldn't have had to do this. They had 3 days to get my car ready for pick-up. I traveled a long way to purchase this car. They shouldn't have made we wait when the car was supposed to be ready. So I can only give them 3 stars because of this. Otherwise, I would have given them 5 stars. More
